Roof Shingles

TYPE AND COLORS

An ARC request request must be submitted and processed before proceeding with any roof replacements.

The following roof shingle colors may be used for roof replacements. Colors from other manufacturers will be reviewed as samples become available.

GAF	TIMBERLINE	Driftwood, Slate, Weathered Wood, Burnt Siena or Charcoal
OWENS CORNING	OAKRIDGE	Driftwood, Brownwod, Teak, Onyx Black or Estate Gray
ELK		Sablewood, Barkwood, Antique Slate or Weathered Wood

Roof repairs should match the existing shingle style.
Replacement roofs must be chosen from the approved list, above.

Temporary fixes are OK, but please advise the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) if temporary fixes will be in place for more than a year.

Re-roofing is a permanent exterior change that requires ARC review and approval. Any homeowner re-roofing their house must get Architectural Review Committee approval before work can begin. ARC form submissions must include the following:

Name and color sample of shingle to be used.
Contractor's name, address, & telephone number.
Contractor's business license number.
Martin County permit.
All questions should be directed to the property manager.
