Legal matters: Two items have been forwarded to the HOA attorney -- one regarding a noncompliant owner and another regarding a homeowner delinquent on their fees.
Landscaping: The board approved $2,100 for re-landscaping the front lake plaza. The work should be done during the week of March 21, and should make a dramatic statement. This is the first of several landscape projects that
Board Vice President Jen Jeransky and the Landscape Committee have planned. Others will include the front wall and entrance as well as the rear entrance to Berry Avenue.
Clean up: The board also discussed that property owners need to
do some "clean up" as well.
SBA loan updated: Board President Dennis Rohan gave a brief update on the FEMA/SBA hurricane recovery loan. Approval had been expected last week, but SBA created further delays by requesting a change in terms of the loan. Dennis will provide an update when he gets a confirmation of the terms in writing.
