Residents elected a new board of directors for the
Islesworth at Martin Downs Homeowners Association Inc.
During the annual meeting, six people were nominated for the five-person
board. Residents of 27 households were in attendance, and they could vote
for up to five people per ballot. The voting results are as follows:
After a year away from the board, Dennis Rohan will
return as president for 2004. The board president for 2003, Scott Duckson,
declined to be nominated. He received a hearty round of applause for his
time and efforts.
The rest of the board is the same as in 2003, with Jen
Jeransky as vice president, Robert Graves as treasurer, Phil Jacobus as
secretary and Tom Craft as director-at-large.
The meeting was held at Crossroads Community Church,
and the board is seeking to make that the regular spot. Stay tuned for how
