Financial Matters

Treasurer Robert Graves confirmed that Fidelity Federal will longer accept pre-paid, post-dated checks in payment for quarterly fees. 

The check for $50,000 from the roadway pavement settlement was received and will be deposited in a special account designated as Roadway Reserve.

Palm Problems

The sago palm trees at the front entrance need appear to be diseased from scale and fungus. A recommendation was made to replace them, but with a different type of palm.

Covenants Committee

No residents showed up to the most recent Covenants Committee meeting regarding maintenance of mailboxes. It had been decided that the cost of repairs should be taken care of by the homeowners association and billed back to the resident. Several mailboxes need to be addressed.
