All Islesworth residents are welcome to attend the homeowners association (HOA) meetings. Regular meetings will be held at 7 p.m. on the fourth Monday of each month as indicated below.

A special meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 1, 2010, to assist the new board of directors that was elected at the annual meeting on Jan. 25, 2010.

Meetings will be held at the offices of Advantage Property Management, 1111 SE Federal Highway, Suite 100, Stuart. (Map)

Any exterior change affecting the exterior of your home requires approval from the Architectural Review Committee before work begins. Click here for a printable form (PDF). 

ARC forms are reviewed by the Board of Directors during HOA meetings. There is no separate ARC meeting, as of November 2007.

The board will not accept incomplete packets from homeowners. All documentation (such as permits, insurance certifications, site surveys, etc.) must be included with your submission for review. 

Homeowners should ensure that requests contain all pertinent information. For example, painting requests must include house and door color, and the requests must indicate whether the homeowner or a contractor is performing the work. If you are doing the work yourself, please indicate "self" in the contractor information section. If a contractor is performing the work, you must provide a copy of the contractor's insurance certificate.

Please provide color samples, as appropriate, for all work other than painting.
