Owner-generated landscape debris which requires the claw on
Saturday and Sunday can be placed at the curb completely off the road after 5:00
p.m. on Sunday. Residents must call Waste Management on Monday to schedule the
actual pick-up of the debris.
Any landscape debris generated during the week may be placed at the curb
completely off the road after 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday or Wednesday before 7:00 a.m.
Landscape debris should not be placed at the curb completely off the road on
Monday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.
Commercial providers should remove self-generated debris. A request from the
customer is typically all that is necessary.
Do not leave landscape debris at the curb prior to a storm watch or warning.
Waste Management will not schedule an extra delivery.
Residents must call Waste Management at 546-7700 for the “claw” as necessary.
Waste Management requires all landscaping to be cut into three foot sections and
the debris volume can not exceed the size of three refrigerators placed side by
side. Waste Management has ten days from the date of the phone call to pick up
the debris. Waste Management will not schedule extra pick-ups prior to a storm
watch or warning.

Water restrictions
Regional ground and surface water levels are declining quickly thanks to a
record-breaking dry season. With no significant rainfall expected in the coming
weeks, a number of water shortage orders will go into effect on March 26, 2011.
The orders limit landscape irrigation to two days per week.

schedules affecting Martin County, from the South Florida Water Management
District.

Don't forget ARC approval!
Homeowners must submit an Architectural Review Committee
(ARC) form before beginning any exterior change to their house. Click Here
for the ARC request form (PDF).
A separate ARC form is required for each project, along with a
complete description of the work to be performed. All homeowners should read the
application form and be familiar with its contents and requirements.
