Landscape debris
violations enforced
After a lengthy discussion during the Feb. 22 board of
directors meeting, the current enforcement of landscape debris violations will
remain in effect until further notice.
Any landscaping debris that is placed at the curb after the
Wednesday pick-up, i.e. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, will be picked up by
the Association on Friday and the homeowner will be billed.
If the pile is large and requires the “claw” and the
homeowner has advised Advantage Property Management that they have called Waste
Management, the debris will not be picked up by the Association.

Don't forget ARC approval!
Homeowners must submit an Architectural Review Committee
(ARC) form before beginning any exterior change to their house. Click Here
for the ARC request form (PDF).
A separate ARC form is required for each project, along with a
complete description of the work to be performed. All homeowners should read the
application form and be familiar with its contents and requirements.
