(ARC) form before beginning any exterior change to their house. Click Here
for the ARC request form (PDF).
A separate ARC form is required for each project, along with a
complete description of the work to be performed. All homeowners should read the
application form and be familiar with its contents and requirements.

Just wanted to inform you all - just when we thought things were getting quiet with the burglaries, they are obviously back.
We have had two burglaries today and possibly one yesterday that we can say are part of the group of guys doing all the damage and taking a lot of property.
The ones today were in Palm City (near Matheson Rd) and near South Fork High School and the one yesterday was down near the county line close to Jupiter. The ones today had witnesses, they saw a blue mustang at one of the homes. If you saw anything similar to this, please let us know.
Please pass on to your residents, that if they see anything suspicious to contact us immediately.
Remember: the suspects are usually driving a new vehicle with dark tinted windows, they will come to your front door first and knock. If you do not answer, they go around to the back and break-in.
If someone comes to your door, please don't open it; However, let them know you are at home (maybe say you are sick and can't come to the door). In the meantime, call 772-220-7170 or 9-1-1 and explain there is someone at your door that looks suspicious and give the dispatcher as much information as possible.
We need to be notified immediately, so that we can stop these guys. If you can see what they are driving and what direction of travel they left in - that would assist us greatly. |
